For 10-out-of-12 days, independently practice a 5-minute recorded exercise before your workday begins and another
5-minute recorded exercise before bedtime.
Attend live, 5-minute
lunchtime group meditative exercise sessions via Zoom (with camera on).
Take the Burnout Assessment again at the end of the program.

Total Time Commitment
15 minutes per day for 10 days starting October 30, 2023 through November 10, 2023. You'll practice:
5 minutes before work (pre-recorded video)
5 minutes before bed (pre-recorded video)
5 minutes at lunch (live via Zoom)
(2 time slots available)
Upon full completion, you'll receive:
1. Lifetime access to recordings of the meditative exercises practiced in this program
2. 30-minute coaching session with energy coach and wellbeing consultant Kyra Cavanaugh
